I've been seeing pictures and videos a lot lately on Instagram and got me wondering. I'd hate to just walk away and leave all that meat for the coyotes

I'm assuming you are talking about finding 2 alive bucks locked together? If so then yes I would shoot them both.  Probably do a European if the racks were nice and turn the rest into burger, sausage, steaks, roast and stew.

Depends, If it was the last day of bow season, shoot one, come back in the morning and shoot the other with a gun? Sounds stupid, but legally that would be the only option here, unless you had someone else with you to shoot and tag the other buck...
