I'll be deer hunting with one of these this year. What factory ammo are y'all using for this rifle? I know the faster twist barrel is probably going to like heavier loads, but wanted a good starting point. A few to try out first would be a lot easier on the wallet than buying everything in the store.

sub sonic or super sonic? If you want super sonic i have had fantastic luck with Hornady 168 gr amax. I have used them on Hogs and Whitetail and have never had any problems with penetration. All have been complete pass through.

i have had great luck with this company and their ammunition. i shoot the ultra match out of my 700 sps and my m1a both love this ammo.

I've had the best luck with Barnes bullets. I handload but you can also get them in factory loaded cartridges.

175 sierra bthp. I know its not a "hunting" round. But its what i shoot throught my 700 aac year round. Very accurate and shot placement is key. I wont take a shot that i'm not comfortable with.

Will the 150gr TTSX stabilize in a 1 in 10" barrel? I know the all copper bullets are longer than a comparable weight lead projectile, but wasn't sure if it's long enough.

I'm confident that it would be perfectly fine. I've got an SPS Tactical also and I've run everything from 220gr SMKs down to 110gr all copper Barnes bullets without issue.
