Had a nice surprise in the mailbox today. I'd totally forgot about sending him my card. He also confirmed in LoTW. Raysheen, if your around, you were right about how to get Mongolia!

Nice. I have one from him as well from a couple years ago. I think the LOTW showed up sometime last year.

599 or 59, there is no other choice. It's like a signal report you get from a Russian station: 59 = he can hear you, 57 = he can barely hear you, 55 = he can't hear you at all, 52 is a personal insult.

I have one of his, too. IIRC it the other call and he is wearing a set of Mongolian armor.

It's a real cool card.
