Long story short I'm back in MS. I had a year contract to spell out what would exactly happen in the first 12 months of employment. They offered me a metric crapload more money (multiples of my base salary) but would require moving to CA. They got irked when I told them there wasn't enough money to make me do it. They really got irked when I told them I would rather go back to MS and make minimum wage than take X and live in CA.



I got the next 10 months of salary out of it.
