Currently I'm using USB, I can hear South America right now, but can't reach them, still a lot of noise. Did talk to Miami earlier

Check in on the YLISSB on 14.332 and ask if there are any arfcommers listening.

they generally start at 1300Z this time of year.

I just hear someone mention ARFCOM, then have to explain what that meant to someone. I was busy writing at the time and couldn't jump in.

Yeah. I'm a regular regular there. I told net control that I'd be standing by if anyone was looking for arfcommers or Piccolo.

I'll stand by a while.

Net control is coming in OK and so are a lot of others.

I checked the frequency, but I was getting 2-3 separate conversations on top of each other.

ETA: DOH, nevermind I just switched over to my e-comm box for the weekend, and in just checking i WAS on 14.313!!

I heard someone calling CQ and I replied a couple times. Band conditions are really bad. Lots of QRM in the background so I could not make out the call sign.

That is just a couple miles from me but I was not calling CQ. I had turned my radio off for a few minutes to work on an email. Sorry. I have it back on now.
