There are over 550 million firearms in worldwide circulation. That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is... how do we arm the other eleven?

I've got a contestor on .277

Thanks for the heads up. On 15m JT65 I'm hearing a lot of South America, and a little of Europe. With 5w and a 43ft indoor wire loop I'm getting spotted in South Africa. Gotta love when the band is open.

If I get all my other stuff done I might install the new balun in my antenna. Also I'll try to monitor the 20m SSB guard channel, 14.261 for about 10 minutes at the top of each hour, projects permitting. |

I'm planning to spend about 3 hours mobile tonight starting around 6:00 PM Pacific. I'm driving from Vegas to western AZ and am set up for 40 meters on a hamstick / FT-857D. I may be able to check this thread at the halfway point, but won't be in here regularly. I'll try CQ ARFCOM as KG7*** Mobile on or around 7213 and 7285.
