It can be confusing at first. The most common error I see, is not setting the computer clock. It needs to be within about a second of WWV. If internet time sync is turned on that should do the trick, otherwise synchronise to WWV on 5, 7.5 10, or 15 MHz |

I don't use PSK, JT69, LGBT or KGB modes but my microphone still works. C'mon down to 40 meters and say hello. I'll try to "park" at around 7.130 and call CQ. My suffix is **PAL.

playing with WSJT-X 1.7 version, which is now in stable wide release. I am on 20 meters and I seems to be a big upgrade in decoding.
edit: it appears 1.7 WSJT-X supports multiple signal decode. I got my first double reply, which I have never seen before on JT65-HF nor WSJT-X 1.6 |

Very clean install, retained all my settings, and continues to integrate seamlessly with JT Alert...also retained all the 'B4' database. Painless install. And then early this morning I made my first even QSO with Scotland....was only a -23dB signal, but hey....in my entire ham radio experience I hadn't gotten Scotland yet...and now I have them in the log. Australia was coming in loud and clear this morning as well...but they couldn't hear me Will try again tonight when the family goes to sleep. |

She coo she coo!
Anyone up for an ARFCOM QSO? I'm on 40m right now but can switch to 80 meters as well. Let me know. Maybe we can have an ARFCOM net before everyone is loaded with a Vitamin B (beer)? |

If you see an N9 call say hello |
