BigOhio is crazy clear here tonight. Had Piccolo just above the noise. TheDerrick is just below the noise.

One of my antenna legs laying on the ground Funny my tuner didn't go nuts, but I should probably be done until i get it raised back up. Guess that was my shortest net QSO ever... ETA: No idea if it was that way when I started or not. I suspect so, since there's no wind. |

I can only hear TheDerrick. The rest of you not so much. The price of being up in the corner of the country on 80M.
Very selfishly I think we should consider running two freq's like we do on the digital net, 40M earlier in the evening and 80M later. Glad to see I'm getting out, but my reception footprint is smaller than my transmission footprint at my primary QTH, with urban noise and only 160' folded dipole. At my BOL my 300' dipole and rural QTH gives me a larger reception footprint than I can transmit. ETA thanks for the relay, TD! |

ETA: I'm getting S9+ noise but think maybe I'm hearing some voices...have thunderstorms nearby, that must be messing me up. |

Lots of mumbling and lots of static heard here in Florida. Will hope for a better night for tomorrow. And I thought the net started at 9:30? What's with ya'll getting on early? |

I'm getting BigOhio about 70% but with tremendous effort, call it 3x3.
I know Picollo is alive, but that's about it. Nuc, I could hear you about 4x4. Derrick S9 to S9+10. Probably weak NVIS, depending on his antenna. |

Just saw your response. 40m noise seems just as bad but I'll hang around here a minute to see if I catch your call. |
