AE subs OK here too. I've been scanning 40 & 80 and it looks like a picket fence in 5k centers. Can you do 160?

I just took my two exams today so I can finally play with radios for the first time in a while... I'm heating up four 811 tubes, nevada should be a pice of cake. I haven't checked frequencies and still need to tune so let me know if there is an open freq on 40 or 80. I dont even know how bands have been so maybe 20 if you want.

Yeah, I could hear your CQ AFRCOM very faintly a time or two on 40 - then nada. I've only got 100w - and as a "no code", haven't learned CW yet :)

This is my first time on the air in 3 months though so I dont really knoe what bands have been good. Although we tried 80, 40, and 20, so as far as ssb goes we are SOL today.
