Just won an ebay auction for a shimano curado 300ej. Now I need a rod.
This is my third curado and will be my "heavy" set up. I will put 40lb braid on it and fish live and cut bait with circle hooks for big redfish and black drum, and freshwater for big cats. I like moderate action rods and so far what I'm finding is Chad Ferguson Catfish Rod st croix legend glass or an ugly stik... I suppose from time to time I will cast big ass lures with it. |
