Shatter was the last one I read. Do they ever do anything with the home machine shop they found in the neighborhood?

Remnant is still on his Blogspot page to read chapter-by-chapter. I believe they do find a use for that machine shop 
Distance is an alternate storyline that takes place over the time period of all 3 Mark Drummond books to a different protagonist (antagonist?) It's only his website AFAIK. |

There was a recent thread in GD where someone contacted him and reported back that he's been really busy but is planning on getting to work on writing something new soon.
