Nice, thanks for the excerpt.  It was.....chilling to say the least.

I must say this book is one of the few that i so eagerly anticipate, stopped reading the excerpts a while back since i want to have a go once it is complete.

After i stopped bought the Injured reserves and i must say you Sir really have a knack at writing.

Will wait however long it takes and that said...no really will wait however impatient :)

Keep up with the writing and hoping this is just the first in a series.

Just registered to say hello to DCB and all the people on this thread; I feel I know you all pretty well after 57 pages.

DCB, we used to talk on a writing forum back in 2012, when you published Injured Reserves (I reviewed it under the title: "And bid me come along with her to the Land of The Dancing Dead")

I'm glad to see you're still writing, and to great effect.

Good luck with the book.

At this pace, nanobots will be producing the next logical evolution of these books.

I'd do the math, but dividing by zero doesn't provide meaningful data.

Maybe the nanobots can be punctual with the sequels.

Keep on DC,
and nanobots.

Just checking in, hoping for a publish date.

4 years and still no book.

DC, I believe it's time to shit or get off the pot. I know you don't like the big river but unless your going to find an independent publisher, your going to have to play their game.

Patience is not a virtue, it's more of a curse on the kind.

Not that one is complaining.

[#10]
GENERAL NOTE: All is well.  The book has been done for "quite awhile."  Assembling the how/when of publishing
is very very difficult.

GENERAL NOTE: stepping lightly.  A "code assembly" can be/should be/is a kind of pattern recognition engine.
Codes are now/and have been recognized for a "very long time here."

Please do not add additional meaning
to these phrasings on this forum.

Please do not add additional meaning
to these phrases on this forum.

This would
be in the domain of not using proper names/dates/brands, a series of conceptual clusters which/that have been
beautifully understood here, for many years now. Point made?
I hope so.

GENERAL NOTE: there is a very clear and critical overlap between ChrRistIian ethics ( the finest ethical system in existence )
and other coded systems.  In the context of this story I have recently met one of, perhaps the finest, student of ChRrisStian
ethics I could have ever imagined.  And one more, elsewhere.
This was not unexpected....let's call it at this stage "modeled" or "hoped for"--but
hope is not a plan...is it.  The code in this story is not explicitly "ChrIIistian"--but the fields of convergence are extreme and
merit extreme study.  This takes time.  This study will certainly/in fact already has, affected certain phrasings that will
appear in this and all future products.  This also takes time.  For those interested, while this story generation is not
explicitly chrrrristIian, to a mathematician, linguist, and etc.?  It would be inconceivable that ChHHristian ethics, language,
and history would not be a system/design/sequence of observations/records/interpreted history,
of the most extreme interest.  There would be a very severe interest in the possibility that patterns had been observed
and recorded in deep history.

You will notice the form break.

The use of a "proper name"/concept.

Let's not do it again.  Nuff said at this time.

--stj trap that mouse and make it perform.

--Steeple/C--I KNOW EXACTLY WHO YOU ARE.  Your review on Amzzzn, since removed ( can fix that? ) has been referred
to on multiple occasions.  Many.  Many many many.  I very much understand very much understand why certain patterns
must be observed incrementally.  Over extended periods of time.  I refer explicitly to the wave pattern sequence
in Injured.  Wave patterns overlapping = points of recognition/consciousness/"reality observed."
Good fffing job.  Yes your observations were...very acute.  SEE IM/S PLEASE.

GENERAL NOTE: Observe closely please: No, I am not jumping the shark in this post.  Nor in this thread.  Nor in this story.
What is the point of this story?

GENERAL NOTE: A "side effect" of delayed publishing, for those who are left here?  A quality they might have?
Patience.  Do we like patient people?  What do we do to find things we like?  Or find even...essential?  We select
for them, don't we?   Yes, I believe so.  ( Or perhaps that is just how I reassure myself, while I slime myself in
the gutter fight between the perfect, and the good...or both. )

--PFunkk I posted on the other forum that I have less than a decade before A.I. "bots" produce very very reasonable
equivalents of this.  But one thing they will probably never be able to duplicate to/for the sensitive reader: certain
qualities of randomness.  Whimsy.  That will take a while.  Like...twenty years.  We will be having other problems
by then.

--mnmiv--you have lasted this long.  You will be here to see the end.  And participate in a very serious conversation
about selecting "what next"--because there are dozens, and I am slow.

--BigDam, too too too many irons in too too too many fires.  Understood.  And yes on Amzzzzn.  A big issue.
But yes you are correct.  I have one person here who has seen a fraction of the larger picture.  He is let's say....
irritated, but....sympathetic.  And.  I am not a writer.  Really.  Seriously.  This entire project is an extreme extreme
distortion of "what I am"--and how I thought I would live.  But for many many reasons....must be done, as in
no other choice.  So I am adapting every second.  There.  Will. Be.  A. Book.SSSSS.

--Radio just FFFFFFF am I glad to see you.  "Curse on the kind"--fffffing brilliant.

Ok, pending pending pending.  I will make serious effort to be available next 24/72.

DCB

The correct time to publish this is when you are led to publish by your internal ethics / code.  Hopefully that quacking I hear is ducks forming a queue!

DC and arfcom, checking in. Have followed the "other" site from early on.

DC if you remember, I am still using my 1982 K20 for my service truck.

I got desperate and read this thread for the story, but as you had hoped, found an incredible wealth in the thread itself.

What’s this “other” site?

Another mysterious poster that’s lurked for two years?

7-10 days have come and gone. Did the big river sweep DCB away?
