Don't like how they have it now, where you sort of BUY a tag if you are willing to pony up enough $$$. (or at least increase your odds a BUNCH) I drew ME in 2000, in my 10th year of applying. My brother started same time as me, and still hasn't drawn. I did pull a NH tag 3rd year trying, in '97.
