I'm putting up a field fence with wooden posts and goat fencing. I'm using H braces on the ends. At what fence length should you use additional inline H braces?

You don't have to if you include a single wood post around 100' apart if you span is less than around 700 to 1000 feet.  Granted 1000' span with single wood posts every 100' is a fairly beefy setup imo.

See the link below, great resource for various fence types.

The UGA manual had just the illustration I was looking for. Thanks!

My longest run is 150' so the single H braces at end should be sufficient. I wasn't pleased with the fence wire tension and I had some issues with it being looser on bottom. I guess I need to finesse my come-along and load spreader technique.

I don't have any additional H-braces other than at the corners/terminations.  Lengths are up to about 500'.  I have 6'' wood posts (8'' at corners) sunk 4'+ deep about every 15-20' or so.
