Nix the bread making machine and with the same cash get a Bosh Mixer.
Skip to 4:30 if you want to just see the bread. My wife has one and it's exactly this easy. Hot water Fresh Flour Never measure flower Hold on the salt till the last Don't add flour. Use oil to keep it not sticky. Use a dough enhancer Use a good yeast  |
