It's pink because it hides the blood of her enemies well.
Or my wife picked it out

traps aren't getting anything.
Shot this monstah and war poodle was like hell no I'm not getting that

That's a .357 shell for comparison.

These ammo company budget cuts are getting insane. I remember when a .357 was centerfired... and a lot bigger!

You need NV, flir, and a case of subsonic 22 with a suppressed host.

Cool part about arfcom
I actually had somebody with such equipment interested
But my neighbors yard is the backstop    And while I doubt they have anything damage able back there
Wouldn't want to be responsible

Do your cats have access to the chicken coop at night?  It sounded like it was closed off.

I think part of why you have so many is that they avoid or are chased off of your neighbor's property.

When we bought our previous house on property, the metal building was full of rats/mice.  You'd go in there and they would stop and look at you and continue on with their business.  A handful of cats later and we never had a rat/mouse problem again.

As a somewhat related aside, we stopped all burrowing animals from entering our coop by digging a foot deep trench that went a foot away from the coop.  I then took a heavy wire mesh stapled it to the base of the coop, rolled it down a foot, then away from the coop a foot.  So we had a 1'x1' L at the base of the coop.  I then back filled the trench.  I would occasionally find a hole dug next to the coop, but it always stopped at the horizontal wire mesh a foot down.

A perfect gun for this type of work is the Gamo .17 or .22 caliber air rifles.

its closed off via the automatic door for predators... never thought I would need a different kind of predator in the coop
but lately I haven't seen any of the neighbors cats in my yard, to me that indicates I have a raccoon around

side note,  keeping a friend's pet rat for the week... the irony isnt lost on me
I dont think I will send them a link to this thread

We found a local lady who had a pack of rat terriers, they came out and hunted the property, found 5 or 6 nests and killed 10-12 mice... they want to come back out but with the snow storms I dont know if they will hunt through the snow.

War Poodle looks like she's been to a specialized training lately. She's got her high and tight cut.

yeah, we give her a choice
she can either have nice hair and keep it clean and dry
or play in the mud and water

she needs to go back to basic training, missed a shot on a good sized rat
because she was failing basic gun dog 101... stay on command
