Can you guys please direct me to instructions, supplies, electricity storage and safety instructions to build a home solar panel systems that you or someone reliable and mechanically inclined have experience with? Would probably be great idea to protect it from EMP/CMP wouldn't one think?  Thank you

I went through and sized a system for my new home build.  We were looking at 1kWh/Month sized system.

The least expensive system I was able to put together was in the mid $70K price range before federal rebates.

Home power magazine and just googling 'how to size solar array' was helpful.

If you let me know the watt hours per month I can do a rough sizing for you.

DWS, my sincere apologies for getting back here so late, been tied up and I seldom get online anymore. We used 1200-1400 at the peak heat season last month and August. Will checkout Home power magin meantime. Thank you.
