Yesterday's harvest.
Habaneros 3oz Okra 1lb 5oz Blue lakes 1lb 7oz Cucumbers 2lbs 12oz Tomatoes 8lbs 4oz Cayennes 8oz We also canned 4 quarts of tomato sauce 3 pints of crushed tomatoes And four jars of Dragon Snot hot sauce. |

The harvest from last couple of days.
Cucumbers 2lbs 15oz Okra 2lbs 7oz Banana peppers 14oz Habaneros 5oz Tomatoes 5lbs 1oz The month of July we harvested around 175lbs. |

I'm seriously impressed with the amount you're getting every few days.
Once we get settled into our new house, I'm going to try and get a garden together, and I think I'll try a scaled down version of what you have. We don't have a huge amount of space, but we can fit a few of the raised beds like you have. |

Grove I dehydrated them and put them in a high speed blender. Cut the stems off. Seeds are up to you I remove at least 75%. I add them to anything that needs heat or hot sauce. Haven't had much luck on a habanero hot sauce. |

I had to harvest all the peppers thursday before the cold came in.
Friday morning 27 deg this morning 23 deg. Bell peppers 2lbs 7.6oz Banana peppers 10.5oz Jalapenos 2lbs 2.2oz Habaneros 1lb 4.7oz Serranos 1lb 1oz Cayennnes 6lbs 1.6oz Now I have to figure out what to do with them. |

What do you do with okra that large? Arent they too fibrous for eating? I usually clip mine when they're 2.5-3.5" long and can them...
