I'm seriously impressed with the amount you're getting every few days.

Once we get settled into our new house, I'm going to try and get a garden together, and I think I'll try a scaled down version of what you have.  We don't have a huge amount of space, but we can fit a few of the raised beds like you have.

Harvesting is starting to die down with some of the plants now.
We have been getting a good bit out of the peppers, tomatoes and okra until recently.
The okra was killed by a storm and the tomatoes were killed by me, I planted them
wrong. The peppers are still doing great and we are looking to harvest the sweet potatoes
soon.

The last havest.

Okra 6lbs 2oz
Tomatoes 2lbs
Banana peppers 2lbs 4oz
Jalapenos 2lbs 12oz
Cayennes 10oz
Habaneros 5oz
Serranos 6oz
Bell peppers 6oz

We also canned some jalapeno candy and made some tomato bread for the first time.

We have started fall planting.

Swiss chard, strawberries, spinach, mustard, kale, napa, grand rapids, romain, iceberg and mesclun mix.

White, yellow and red onions. Cauliflower, brussels, radishes, beets and buttercrunch.

Kentucky wonders.

Still have peppers. Planted carrots and shallots.

Collards, broccoli and cabbage.

The middle of the garden has been delayed because of some left over stump.

Crushed pepper flakes and cayenne powder.

How did you make the cayenne powder?  What do you do with all the habaneros?  I planted one plant and it is going crazy.  I'm going to have 4 or 5 quart freezer bags full before the year is over.

I dehydrated them and put them in a high speed blender. Cut the stems off. Seeds are up to you I remove at least 75%.
I add them to anything that needs heat or hot sauce. Haven't had much luck on a habanero hot sauce.

Sorry for not keeping this thread up. Between my best friend passing and other things I just haven't done much.

The garden is doing pretty good even with the wild weather changes. We've been harvesting collards, lettuce,

Both are my largest to date.

Broccoli  .89oz

Napa cabbage  5lbs .83oz

We also canned some fig preserves.

Well I kinda screwed up the spacing on them. I had two rows of six in one 4'x16' box.
Air flow sucked, so this year I'm putting one six plant row in two separate boxes.
My plant spacing was correct but the row spacing was not.

We got a couple of things done recently. We cleaned and organized the greenhouse. Going to start seeds in a day or two.
Also got the area between the two gardens tilled and the fence moved so it's now one large garden.
My soil report should be in later this week.

Anybody know where to get a four foot grow lamp and bulbs at a decent price?
