Our turkeys won't be 16 weeks old until Sept 6th, our local butcher shop quits processing poultry the end of August. Here's my question, will the turkeys be old enough/big enough to be processed at 14 weeks? The next available date to get them done would be at 24 weeks... these are broad breasted bronze turkeys.
