Yes, several times backpacking the Sierras, blaze orange.

Light weight and effective against rain, but not insects.

The plastic ones are crap.  I made one out of a sil-nylon tarp, really liked it.  I have some ideas for how I want one custom sewn now, thanks for reminding me to recover that project!
