I bought this with mine. - $49.95.
Some members in an Arfcom thread recommended them.  http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_6_10/390837_Lets_talk_knee_pads___.html
Throw in something cheap to get over the $50 mark and get free shipping, too.  (I recommend one of these - http://www.rei.com/product/808287/nite-ize-ziplit-led-zipper-pull-light-package-of-2)

FYI...if you use the promo code 20REWARDS by the end of today, you'll save 20% off...but this will drop the price below the free shipping threshold unless you add more stuff.

Been trying to figure out what to get with my $1.36.

I think it's a sign that I've reached the point that I have all the outdoor gear I need.

I picked up an Exped synmat 9 in a long wide with a built in pump for $133. This is a double insulated may that is very durable, good for serious winter backpacking and as a car emergency mattress.

I decided a while back that I'm tired of being cold when camping,

Mine was $150.  (I use an REI Visa for everyday purchases)
I bought a Therm-a-Rest Prolite Plus pad and a Katadyn Hiker Pro filter.

Every year, I get their coupon and I buy something that I need, but even with the coupon I end up feeling like I overpaid after the excitement of using my "Annual Coupon" subsides. Anybody else have a similar feeling?

No, not really. REI doesn't carry shitty products, and I have never been able to find a product online for what I could get it a REI for with the 20% discount.

The first time I used my discount I saved $80 on a Brunton foldable flexible solar panel. That purchase alone made the membership worth it.... I do tend to save large purchases with them until the dividend and sale comes, but I have never felt like I overpaid.

My dividend was $155...my wife is giving it to my son so he can get a new Go Pro (has to sell the old one first)  This is for our upcoming summer road trip, but I rarely get to use the dividend.  Oh well, I told my wife he better appreciate it!  He's a good kid but damn those Go Pro cameras are freaking expensive!  He's used in snorkeling in the FL Keys to snow boarding in WV...at least his last one has a few miles on it...

Oh, and thanks for reminding me that I got screwed again this year

My dividend was ~$94 and I put it towards an Arc'Teryx Epsilon LT softshell jacket.

These are great water storage bags that can be used in a few different ways.  Sawyer's gravity bags are close to the same construction; very heavy duty and I actually pack the two-liter gravity bag if I'm using a base camp. They're much easier to pack empty and haul to camp when full.  Good choice on the MSR!

I put the 6 bucks and change I had as a dividend and the 20% off coupon towards this:

Just over $7 for me.  I really used to love REI.  Their branded stuff was awesome and affordable.  Now, not so much.  There is not much they have that cannot be found cheaper online once you know your size.  Truth be told, I've had pretty good success buying well known cool guy gear (Kuhl, Arc'teryx) on EBay.  A little used, but I don't have a problem with that.
