Watch a video, it's pretty much self explanatory. Don't wrap it around your neck. Get a cat if the rat has too many moving parts

I'm guessing he doesn't want the instructions for himself.
It's a good idea to have written instructions in your trauma kit. Just in case the person that needs help is you, and the only help around is a random bystander. |

On refactortactical.com if you go to the medical section and select the RATS tourniquet I found a picture of the steps on there. Could possibly save that and print. Not sure if you wanted one like that but if you want it for someone who may not know how to use it pictures help versus written instructions.
