That is a great price for an almost new tractor this size and with the implements. It's not just the tractor that's practically new, the implements are also. I really don't think you could beat this price anywhere. I have a New Holland TC33 with a front end loader that I got in 2000. Besides a little regular maintenance and replacing a few hydraulic hoses that have started getting older and cracked, it has been a great tractor. A friend of mine got a John Deere with comparable horsepower and size with a loader at the same time I did. He paid just a bit more than I did because of the Deere name. My tractor is about 800 pounds heavier and many of the parts, like axles, hubs, loader bucket, etc.. are noticeably beefier. My point is, some people that don't know tractors get hung up on a name. Don't worry about New Holland, they've been around a long time and know how to make good tractors.
I'm also with bondryan, there really hasn't been any maintenance that's been missed. 100 hours on a tractor is still new.
