They don't ship the cans to the states, everyone wants them to, they don't.

I went to Lowes and picked up some PVC parts and made one for about 3 bucks.

You need a 2 inch external thread pvc pipe connector.  a 2-1: reducer with internal threads, go to the lawn sprinkler section and get a 12 inch pvc riser pipe.   You can heat up the pipe and bend if you want.  But just screw them all together and you have a nozzle.

I followed these instructions.  You can have the hose as long as you want.  Mine will drain the 5 gallons in exactly 60 seconds.

That is exactly what I did.  Except I used a longer grey piece of pipe as a nozzle instead of the hose.

Tech Supply, Inc, on Pitkin Road in Leesville, Louisiana outside Fort Polk.

They will only ship the cans themselves to military addresses (on base, NG armories), but parts would go to anyone. Only place I ever saw with the unleaded-diameter MFC spout.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I ordered a replacement cap from the folks in Canada and got eaten alive by shipping costs.

Last time I went in there they wouldn't even sell the parts anymore. It's been about 6 months ago though so maybe something changed.
