Watched the Nat. Geo. channel last night regarding Hitler's rise to power. The circumstances (political and economic) were different then, but there are a great deal of similarities between then and now regarding how the power structure is conducting 'business'. Frightening.

I'm just a little skeptical on this. If some federal agent flashed his badge in your face, I think you would note what agency. And why not give the city? The government knows which storehouse they visited.

It appears that in Alaska they don't need a warrant if it's not you they're after. Not to arrest you of course... just to "hold" you as a witness.

I recall reading something a few weeks ago about the feds also looking for the sales records of several food storage vendors.
Don't remember where I read that or the context. But if true, they may be looking for large purchases, indicating start-up militia groups, possible weapons caches, etc... Either way, all the more reason for better OPSEC. |
