My favorite fish at my favorite time of year. Been a bit slow so far due to lack of rain. Anyway, they're finally in in good numbers!

Took yesterday off from work and got these on the Alsea River. Borden Specials and Reverse Spiders were the ticket.

I love me some cutties! My client landed one 18" cutthroat today. It was a great fish!

I tried chucking some bugs for salmon yesterday, but no takers. Went back, grabbed my 5 weight and GoPro and got a few more fairly small searun cutties. That's it for this trout season- will chase salmon and steelhead from here on out.
