Inboard for sure....
at work we get to play with Tige boats that run the Indmar Raptors on a full inboard and it is like driving a boat that is on fucking rails....just absurd and amazing. |

I have an older one on my duck boat. Briggs and stratton. One guy said he thought someone was mowing the lake. All others I have an outboard. Even in some classes off offshore boat the outboard is starting to replace the inboard over time.

All outboards. All Johnrudes. 115HP on my 17' Proline, 50HP on my 1652 Weld-Craft and a 3.3HP on my 17' Grumman with side mount. I have a 15HP, 4HP Light Twin and a 2HP that all run good but are fogged and stored.
Kinda thinking about finding a deal on a fresh water 70HP Yammy 2-Smoke for the jon. 3 adults, full live well, 2 group 31 batts, 15gal fuel with coolers and gear that little 50 gets the piss run out of it. |
