Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - I get to fish the Aegean Sea in August what species should I target?

Opportunity came up by chance, I'm uncertain on the seasons or species in the area. It's been a long time since I've fished in salt water but I love freshwater lake and stream fishing. Does anyone have experience with the area?

Been there before, absolutely incredible.

Seen a lot of mullet being caught, or at least they looked like mullet
