Does anyone here fish the NH coast?  I am planning on trying to catch some Stickleback fish to keep as pets.  From talking with Fish & Game, I will need a Coastal Harvest Permit.  I have been told that the best place to look for these fish is in salt marsh areas.  These are small fish so I would likely be using a net for it.

I am looking for any advice you may have.  I am also interested in any fishing that could be done from shore in that area, especially Mackerel.
