Headed to Clearwatermin Feb. 14-15  looking for recommendations on charters, prefer off shore.  Let me know what you think?

I'll check around and let ya know.  I'm in CW for the winter.

ETA- What's your budget?  I usually go on a party boat with 30 ppl. Kind of a cluster fuck, but I always bring home some good fish.

I'm budgeted for a charter 2 to 4 people.  Don't mind splitting the cost with a couple others but don't want a party boat.
