I live right on the Ohio River in the Northern Panhandle. I can take catfish out of the river, but even though the DNR says I can eat something like one per month, I'd like to avoid them. I can take cats from the tributary streams and creeks leading to the Ohio. How far up those creeks is far enough to not get cats that spend time in the Ohio?
