Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Tips/Tricks for Clear Lake, CA bass?

I'm fishing it again in early May.  Been there 4 tines so far, and I cannot seem to break the 10 pound mark.  I've wacky rigged, used swimbaits, topwaters, live bait.  My buddy(who owns the boat and fishes there 10-12 pounds a year has 3 over 16 on the wall, and I **think** I'm doing the same things.

Any advise?  I really want to break my double-digit bucketmouth cherry this time!
