The wife wants a game cam to see what critters pass through our wooded yard in the night.  Figuring she will soon lose interest after a month or so, I don't want to spend more than about $125 bucks or so.

Any recommendations on which to get?

For what you are wanting just go buy the Simmons or whatever walmart has, get the irony model so it doesn't have a visible flash going off.
