Saw that. The foreign-made LBX pouches are all right, but no obvious way to use them other than as an insert kit. Not a bad idea if your pack is a "bag of bags". No doubt the LBX items are well-made, but I wonder if the warranty is the same as the Berry-compliant (stupid expensive) LBT items.
The main pack is on sale for about $99 as a stand-alone item, which is an OK price. Not long ago, the same pack was on sale (but not in multicam) for about $50 or so, which was an instant buy. I got three at that price point; two in black, and one in CB.
PantacUSA makes fairly large pouches which attach to the sides and bottom of these packs. Not cheap, but not cheaply made, either. Worth the money, IMHO. If you find it necessary to attach large pouches to the bottom and sides of your pack, you are probably overloading the shoulder straps, and should buy a pack designed for the volume/weight you wish to tote.
This particular LBT pack has almost zero internal organization, but Condor makes a large, flat, TnT pouch which provides a lot of externally-accessible organization, and which fits perfectly on the PALS webbing on the dorsal side of the pack. All three of my packs have been so equipped. http://www.combatsportsupply.com/condoroutdoortandtpouch.aspx Same vendor has other camo colors at higher prices. Look around.
What these packs desperately need, if you load them up, and especially if you attach a lot of heavy stuff to the sides and bottom is a frame sheet. Even at the ridiculously high MSRP, LBT does not offer such, even as an accessory, which is plain stupid. Buy one from SKD, a Site Dealer, or make your own from 1/16" black HDPE sheet from Graingers. Cut carefully, and sandpaper ALL edges so the frame sheet won't abrade/cut the fabric. I made three frame sheets for these packs inside an hour, but I have some practice. buy more HDPE sheet than you think you will need, as once you see how much it helps, you will retrofit a lot of your packs and hydration bladder carriers.
