They convince you to donate to help the impounded dogs but take your money to finance undercover operations to arrest farm workers for kicking a pig to make it get up. Of course anyone who was raised on a farm knows what happens to downed pigs who won't get up. They get eaten by other pigs.
Of course it is fine to lift the pig up gently and screw up your back for life so you can become dependant on the system for your care. |

I like a good steak and chicken as much as anyone but if I ever see anyone abusing a dog or any other animal it's time to open up a can of wup ass.
Don't know if this makes me an animal rights supporter or not but animal cruelty is not acceptable in my book. This comes from someone who is a supporter of hunting, fishing and trapping. |

I'm no fan of animal cruelty, but the ASPCA and the HSUS are all about ending hunting, trapping and research. So fuck 'em. |

It's better to donate to your local shelter than to the national organizations.

A couple years ago the wife was getting sucked in by the ASPCA, she wanted to donate a hunk of change to them. I led her to several websites showing what they are up to. I did cut a check to the local shelter.
