Any Group Buy should be started with a thread to simply gauge interest. The thread should clearly state this purpose to avoid any confusion. 2. If you feel there is enough interest to proceed in running a group buy, the next step is to find a Site Sponsor that has the items needed for the Group Buy. 3. Once a Site Sponsor has been found, and is willing to do the GB, you must approach Aimless or Striker to seek permission. 4. Once approved to move forward, a thread will have to be created within the Group Buy Forum. This is to make it easier for Staff to keep track of it. That's it.
