Introduction: This course is designed to develop skills for the student who uses his weapon as a primary firearm in a tactical environment. The course will start with developing fundamental shooting skills. You will soon advance to skills that will reduce your reaction time, allow you to shoot faster with higher degree of accuracy, and increase your confidence with your handgun. This course is fast paced with 90% practical training time to prepare students to handle the most challenging tactical shooting situations.
Aim: The emphasis is on developing tactical and shooting skills that can be applied in real-life situations.

Reloads and malfunctions

Multiple targets
Shooting positions
Tactical use of cover
Standing and walking turns
Shooting moving targets

Strong hand only shooting
Support hand only shooting
Low light shooting techniques
Ammunition Requirements: 2500 rounds
Gear: Pistol, holster, three high capacity (15rds) magazines or six low capacity (7-8 rds), magazine holder, belt, flashlight, flashlight holder, clear wraparound ballistic eye protection, ear protection, weapons cleaning kit, rain gear, clothing appropriate for climate and conditions and a water bottle or other hydration system. Knee and elbow pads are strongly recommended.
Method: Classroom and practical application on the ranges.
Course Cost: $995.00 includes lunch each training day.

You guys need a 2 day weekend class for us that can't take a whole week off work.
Yes you are correct on that response. You can take a 2 day pistol course, though it is not a Tactical Pistol course. We are exploring some options as to making courses available on the weekends. Keep checking here as well as our website for updates. We are also adding a milspec 1911 armorer course. The first one should be in March. I am getting ready to put some more courses up so keep looking maybe there will be something that will fit your needs or wants. I don't know if you shoot high power rifle but we do host the high power rifle matches here the third Saturday of each month starting in February. We also have three gun matches if you are interested.
