registration form. In order to attend this course you need to have either completed our Defensive Carbine course or an equivalent program (please contact us if you have questions about this).
This course is also open to pistol caliber carbines and select 22LR kits. If you plan on using a 22 please email us first with the type of 22 you plan on using.
The course description is below:
Defensive Carbine II (2 day course)
Defensive Carbine II seamlessly picks up where Defensive Carbine I ends. Students will receive training that further refines their marksmanship fundamentals and introduces new skills. Material to be covered includes: shooting and malfunction clearance on the move, multiple target engagement, shoot/no-shoot decision making, weapon transitions, and the proper use of cover.
Required Equipment:
Functional semi automatic carbine with sling
Functional pistol (semi automatic or revolver)
5 carbine magazines minimum
3 pistol magazines minimum (5 magazine minimum if using a single stack pistol such as the 1911 or P220)
Strong side holster
Magazine holders (carbine and pistol)
1,000 rounds of carbine ammunition
300 rounds of pistol ammunition
6 rounds of "dummy" carbine ammunition
6 rounds of "dummy" pistol ammunition
