This is must have course for ANYONE ! I just completed it, and I am able to practice everything I learned without looking at notes or handouts. The way the course material is presented makes it very easy to remember. I had no fight experience, and I already feel the confidence building everyday. This is not a fluff class. You will be instructed until you can perform all movements properly. I especially appreciated the creative environment we trained in.
