Will this gun qualify for IDPA?

Isn't the 627 a 8 shot? If it is, it isn't allowed.

The PC guns are 5 inches and IDPA limits barrel length to 4 inches. The 8 shot cylinder isn't against the rules, but you can only load 6, so that's self limiting.
