Only an observation...when you were engaging the rifle plates, you seemed to pull a few misses more than expected...next time you might try using the wall as a support (seeing as it is conveniently placed right there). That might take an extra second to get into position, but should cancel out the extra 5-8 seconds on the misses.

Second to what GT said. Other than that, the rest of the speed (and accuracy) will come with diligent practice.

I think you did a good job. I have done 3 gun and I am still learning. Just getting out there and having fun will improve your skills.

I say just keep practicing. 3 Gun is like allot of other things. The more you practice, the smoother & more fluid you become.

I think you did a great job TBH.

One other thing you may wanna consider, if you have money burning a hole in your pocket, is a nice semi shotgun. You did run that pump well, and did run it fast as well. Good Job

You want suggestions?

I suggest you buy a Benelli M2. Seriously, you will not regret it, and you will shoot shotgun stages faster. I don't think you
were shooting Heavy Metal division, which is the only place I'd use a pump.

As already stated, using that barricade wall as a brace for the rifle shots would've saved you some time. It also looks like maybe
you were crowding the barrels a little with the pistol. It is usually better to stay back a bit to make your shots.

That's a nice compact little three-gun stage there. I like to see all three guns in a stage, and they did it in a small space.
If you get into any long distance rifle targets, you may want a longer barrel on your rifle.

Looked pretty smooth to me. Stay out of the ports with all yoru guns if possible. Trade that pump for an auto and get bigger pistol mags. Your AR looked like it was giving quite a bit of recoil. A rifle length gas system, low mass operating system, and a rolling thunder or SJC comp would all help.
