make sure to use loc-tite on the screws.

Shotguns recoil loosened the 6 allen head screws that hold the plastic side saddle to
the aluminum base.

I lost one during the last match.

I sent an e-mail to Tac-Star (owned by Lyman) and they sent me a package of screws
free and advised me to use a little Loc-tite.

Two lessons learned.

(1) Make sure all of the screws, pins, clamps, etc. are secure before and after each match.

(2) Lyman stands behind their products, has good customer service, and ships promptly.

Funny you mention this....I noticed mine was coming off the gun in the middle of the last match. Fortunately I was able to get my Leatherman on the loosest screw to get it most of the way in and finish the match. Loctite is already dry in preparation for Sunday's match!
