Need an 18" upper, what are my options?

I'm looking at getting an 18" upper for 3-gun-spr use. What are my options? I've looked at bcm's 18" ss upper and it looks pretty good and is priced about right for what I want to spend but I'm not to sure about the bright/shine look of the barrel. $700-$900 is my price range and I am needing an upper only and don't know where to look.

I love my 18" Noveske.

I have 2 Noveskes as of right now, both 14.5" one's a basic and the other is a low pro and I absolutely love the low pro...the basic is okay because I need a longer rail. I've been looking at the 18" rogue hunter upper.
Right now I've think I've narrowed it down to either the Noveske or the BCM 18"ss410 but the only thing about the BCM is that it is the stailness color (shiny) and I don't know if I like that look or not.

Pro: $729 Cons: No BCG or charging handle so have to add that in at $864 + shipping $877.94
Noveske
Pro: BCG + GF charging handle $985 + shipping $1010
Hmm is there a $130 difference between the two to go the Noveske route?
Right now I've think I've narrowed it down to either the Noveske or the BCM 18"ss410 but the only thing about the BCM is that it is the stailness color (shiny) and I don't know if I like that look or not.

Spray paint it or get the bcm black ss barrel for a few dollars more.

This one is better, is has a lighter profile than the SPR
NST 18"
I take that back they are similar in weight but one comes with a choice of $100 brake

They sell one, might be OS, or ask BCM if they will build using that barrel.

I did send them an email and asked if they do that barrel in a complete upper with the Ion Bond and they said "no we do not do custom builds and just sell the product as it's listed in the stainless finish".
