3 gun in az, where do I get started?

So over the past few months I have been looking into doing 3 gun. I'm still in need of a shotgun (and im sure a whole other topic). I have been shooting for years, just like everyone else I am sure, But I have been finding just shooting paper is getting alittle, boring. Is there a place, or places, in Arizona that have 3 gun "ranges" ? if not, what would be an ideal way to practice for this or where should I look into for local matches? thanks for any insight.

Come out to the rifle/shotgun match at Rio on the 9th. They're going to run it as a rifle/handgun match with a provided shotgun to use on one stage. The e-mail I got just said to bring some shotgun ammo and you'll be good to go.

+1. Check out my thread for more details about the October 9th match. Just bring what you have and dive right in. Make sure you attend the new shooter orientation at 9am, which will tell you everything you need to know about protocol. Send me an IM if you have any questions, or if you would like me to walk you through your first match.

Phoenix Rod and Gun Club also has a good 3 gun match on the 4th Sunday of every month. Rio's Salado's match has more of a Superstition Mountain Mystery 3 gun vibe whereas PR&G is more MGMish.
