I am looking for some good, but inexpensive (but not trash) steel targets to practice with. Any suggestions?

Action Target... Evil Roy.

Travels easy, sets up quickly and stores well. BTW, you didn't mention just what it is your looking to do with it. Small/Large plate? Round/Square? Reactive/static? Multiple sets? There are lots of options these days. I have more MGM than anything now days but it was the Evil Roy that started it all. Poppers with pigeon flippers, colt speed racks, Texas shooting stars, IDPA flashers and long range flashers.... the list goes on and on.

Shoot anything between .22 - 7.62X54R at 50-100yds+ for fun. I like the instant feedback the targets give.

Can anyone else comment on the Widener's AR500 1/2" steel targets?

I am interested in purchasing some and want to make sure they are good to go.

Muchos Gracias!

I have been shooting on them for over a year-rifle at 50 yards plus and pistol at 7-10 yards. They are 100% good to go! You will just need to hang them yourself. We shoot plates hanging on a chain with an angle iron on the back to deflect rounds at a 30 degree angle down.
