I'm new to the AR world and wanted to know some good training exercises and accuracy tips that will help me avoid any frustration. I have access to 25, 50, and 100 yard target ranges so whatever you all could recommend would be great!
In my opinion you should just pick up a training video, such as the magpul dynamics volume 1.
The thing that has helped me out the most is targeting drills,
Assuming you live in an area where you wont get the police called on you, step outside with an
empty rifle, and sling the rifle in a "low ready" postion, then look at a small object and flip the rifle to your shoulder and squeeze your "shot" off.
Then back to the "low ready" and rack the charging handle, then repeate, targeting something at a different range every time.
I do this almost every day a couple dozen times to keep my muscle memory sharp, and my neighbor LOL's every time watching me

but he is a fellow gun enthusiast.
This is a great meathod to tune your skills and does not cost anything
I range I go to allows me and my brother to run drills if we get there early enough (beat the crowds). We set up the 6 nubered targets (one large sheet with 6 different shapes and nubers on it). We then take turns yelling out number or color/shapes and the other draws the rifle up from low ready. We also alternate between 7yd, 15yrd, and 25yrd targets.
We also do numbered drills and walking number drills with the same targets or with man size targets. So walking 2 head, 3 chest, 1 chest, 2 head, ect.. with one person calling the shots and the other running the drill. Two shot pistol transitions with each mag reload.
It's a lot of fun.

I have shot every tiny decorative thingy in my basement thousands of times.

It's good up close practice for a low powered variable too.
Train with a fireteam partner.
Even stoppage and tactical/emergency reload drills involve two people.
Two is one, and one is none applies to people, just as much as it applies to anything else.
Thanks yall for the insight. I think i will try the numbered target drill, it seems both fun and informative. I'll check out the assortment of videos out there as well.

One of my favorite is the 1-5 drill.
