With the success (aside from the inter-board drama) of the Snowflake Shoot (AKA the first ever ARFCOM Foxhole shoot) who is up for another shoot?

That was awesome. I am down to meeting some of you weirdos and whackados. So um... which one of you is bringing the automatic weapons to the NY HTS?

I wont lie, I was a little bit dissapointed. I expected to see some SBR's, Supressor's, MG's from a hometown shoot in a free state like Vermont.

Ahh well, Well make one showcasing those things from Guns Along The Stationary Artillery Range or whatever we are calling it these days

Shit no! I don't shoot no commie crap in this country. It's on an AR. I actually have to pick up an new BCG and a heavy buffer first though. The gun decided to be picky on ammo with the current BCG and lite buffer.. lol

Hopefully mag162 will have an update on the next HTF shoot, I know he has some stuff in the works. Last time, mag162 actually brought out a Keltec KSG. A slide fire stock would be a lot of fun to have, if we can secure the back range at Calverton, then maybe we can get some steel for the smaller caliber guns.

EDB and I made the trip up to Vermont to the shoot and had a lot of fun considering it rained on us all day.
Those guys are a blast. As for the next organized shoot goes I'm just waiting to hear back on some insurance options and we should be good to go.

Howdy friends.

Any of ya'll wanna come down to Kentucky for our hometown forum shoot, you are certainly welcome and invited. I can host about 4-5 people at my house if ya' can swing the drive (10 hours from Monroe County, NY to Louisville, KY). I live about 30 minutes away from Knob Creek Range where we have our annual shoot. I can pick a folks up from the airport if need be. The specific date should be set very soon, but its usually in early to mid September.

We've got machine guns, suppressors, cannons, SBR's, etc. We have SOT's/O7/10/etc folks that bring post ban samples of real deal Colt M4's, HK MP5's of all variants, etc. These people are generous enough to bring them and most allow you to shoot them for no charge, just bring your own ammo and ask politely.

http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_8_27/463966_Sept_2011_AR15_COM_Knob_Creek_Shoot_Pics_and_Videos.html

We all chip in $$$ for about 200+lbs of tannerite, vehicles to shoot/set on fire, and some of the best BBQ you will ever taste. We get half of the "main range" for the day just for us arfcommers. If you've ever been to the KCR machine gun shoots you will get a chance to fire on the main range at tannerite seeded cars, trucks, boats, washing machines, etc.

I lived in Monroe County for about 8 years before I made my escape back to freedom. I understand and empathize with ya'll stuck behind the enemy lines. If you need a taste of some good BBQ and the experience of running a belt of M80 ball through a belt fed HK machine gun, well just lemme know.

We've got elk and hogs down here....

But really in the area that I live in, its mostly milfy-southern ladies that inhabit my backyard.

We can't have suppressors.

There are a few MG's around but most of us that go to the hometown shoots are just poor working class stiffs. I do need to get an SBR though.
