Single Shot AR Pistol

Is it legal in NY. No gas tube or gas port drilled in the barrel, so it can't cycle. It is not semi auto, it's more or less a bolt action.

Sure it would be legal.

So would a semi that had a fixed magazine(permanently attached)
in 5,10,20,30,100.120. Use preban mags and your GTG .

We've already discussed the topic of non-removable mags.....evidently NY does not recognize a non-removable mag in an AR type weapon....

my question is why you wanna do that with a AR pistol when you could get a T/C Encore or Contender cheaper and able to switch calibers - everything from 17HMR to 45/70

I see nothing the says that when I veiw "265". Any info you could share on this would be a plus for me.

There was a company who made lowers for Cali a short while ago. They never cut open the bottom of the magwell in the raw forging, so the mag was definitely fixed.
