Romance, peace and quiet, quaint-ish: a Bed-n-Breakfast in Cape May.

Kind of late notice with Valentines weekend, but Poconno lodges are nice get-aways. Also B&B in Lanchaster.

ETA:
Lambertville and Peddler's Village

Check out The Renault Winery. They have a beautiful motel called the Tuscany.

Wife and I spent the night there last summer. The food is excellent and the winery tour was fun and informative.

Another is Four Sisters Winery. Its upstate Jersey though. Very nice quiet scenic area. Perfect getaway for couples.

Thanks for the suggestions, we are going to go skiing in the poconos and then to cabelas on the second day. We were thinking about a winery but there isn't much to see in the winter. We enjoy seeing the grape vines. It is a nice setting.
