Was just checking this shotgun out, would this be legal in nj. What are the laws for a pump?

As described on http://www.keltecweapons.com/news/preview-kel-tec-shotgun-ksg, it appears good to go: Overall length––Good. Barrel length––Good. No assault firearm issues with pump actions. Why not?

Although I'm sure production is going to come nowhere close to fulfilling demand which will drive the prices on them to astronomical levels.

Oh of course, they will produce a small amount just so they can get them into peoples hands quicker.
Im hoping the see some sort of plugs for these for hunting. Can probably just use regular ones though im sure even if you have to modify them.
